Refund policy
Returns & Refunds ā AquaPure
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with its tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at store.aquapure@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the product arrived damaged or defective)
Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label (or shipping instructions) along with the steps to follow to send your package back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at store.aquapure@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, where applicable)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to:
- Request a return for the current item
- Once approved, place a new order for the item you need
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the amount.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at store.aquapure@gmail.com.
